What are the opening dates?
The glamping is open from 24/03/2026 to 31/10/2026.
What are the arrival times?
Arrivals are between 4 PM and 8 PM and departures between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Animals
Pets are accepted if they are kept on a leash and tattooed with a health booklet. A maximum of two pets are allowed per safari tent.

The car
The car is essential for you to move around! A parking space is provided per rental. The parking is located at the entrance of the Glamping. The rest of the park is reserved for pedestrians.
Do I have to clean up when I leave?
YES . It is imperative to return the accommodation clean. An inventory will be done with our team before your departure.
You have the possibility to take the cleaning package (price of €70) so that it is carried out by our team. It will still be necessary to wash dishes and empty the bins.

What will we find in the rental properties?
The day of your arrival, your safari tent is cleaned, the refrigerator is on its way. We provide you with bathroom and kitchen linen! Your beds will be made upon your arrival.
In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped:

DO YOU HAVE BARE PITCHES FOR TENT OR CAMPER?
Unfortunately, we do not have a pitch for tents or motorhomes (vans...).
Is the park accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, but it will be essential to have a caregiver.We have a lodge that has a ramp for access without steps. There is also a parking space next to the tent. The shared toilets are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
HOW MANY SAFARI LODGE TENTS ARE THERE IN YOUR PARK?
There are 5 safari lodge tents on a plot of about 8500m 2. We have the capacity to accommodate 25 people in total.

We booked Home Sweet Lodge in a bit of a panic after being evacuated from our campsite in Biscarrosse (due to wildfires) and we couldn’t have landed somewhere better.
Audrey and Sebastian were so incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had loads of fun here and it’s a beautifully located campsite with lovely views and a really relaxed atmosphere. It was our first time in the Dordogne region and it didn’t disappoint, Home Sweet Lodge was a perfect base for getting out and exploring.
There was loads for the kids to do on this intimate but really well-equipped site, including the pool, trampoline and archery, as well as plenty more and in particular I loved having a local beer from the bar by the pool each evening. Definitely try the raspberry beer!
One of the highlights was a very competitive game of pétanque on our final night, where we, the English family, managed to triumph over our French friends! 🇬🇧🇫🇷
