The holday prices for the duration of one week at JOINS! vary from € 840 (low season; see further) to € 1.400 (high season July and August).

NOTE: the quick decision makers will receive a discount of more than 10% (high season) when a booking is made before December 31st 2021. 

It’s possible to stay a different amount of days, instead of a week with us at JOINS! Please send us an email with the respective dates and we will do our utmost.

Our prices per week include:

1. duvets and bed linen
2. towels (not for the pool)
3. thorough final cleaning
4. booking fees (see below and terms and conditions).

Our prices per week do not include:

5. tourist tax (€ 0,71 pp(18+)/pd)
6. price for individual things (see below “other matters”)
7. deposit (see below)
8. fee for not having done the mandatory cleaning € 85.

Payment:
After booking, 30% of the amount must be paid; the 30% includes the reservation fee of 5%. The rest of the amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Deposit:
A deposit of € 250 must be  paid on arrival in cash (possibly by cheque).

Pets:
Welcome to dogs (and others…) at JOINS! provided they do not cause any inconvenience. Costs € 50 per week.

Other matters:
At JOINS! there are quite a few things to make your holiday more enjoyable: high chair, cot, beer tap, etc. If you do not want to use the items we offer (duvets, towels, etc.), we offer a discount. Share your wishes with us.
